Watch videos on how many shots vlcan be fired by untrained shooters with 10 round magazines and 30 round magazines in 30 seconds.

The results will surprise you.

That was not until the late 1800s. shame on us for allowing that states rights @#$& for so long.

Sure. Then America would not exist. Constitution never would have been ratified.

What we know as America would probably be 4 or 5 countries today. Pretty sure Germany/Japan would have won WW2 if that were the case so the world may be better off or worse off depending on your perspective.

Trying to justify slavery is depraved.

DP. Yes. Wow. The hubris is astounding. Just because you like current day America, doesn’t mean that everything that happened before was justified. The PP is incapable of imaging a world that is better than the one we live in, and that is sad.

Why are 10-round magazines allowed at all anywhere?

Go back to OG 5-round.

“A bipartisan group of senators announced Sunday that it had reached a tentative agreement on legislation that would pair modest new gun restrictions with significant new mental health and school security investments — a deal that could put Congress on a path to enacting the most significant national response in decades to acts of mass gun violence.”

DP

The laser tag place closed a while back next to the Dulles Expo center, so I have zero idea what the relationship is between laser tag and the gun show.

Lots of these gun law suggestions would not do much to stop mass shootings.

But … how about this: if your son exhibits dangerous antisocial behavior, the police may come search your home and confiscate all firearms until your son is 21 and no longer resides with you. At that time, you may have your firearms back.

If you exhibit antisocial behavior, you lose your firearms for 20 years.

Antisocial behavior will be determined by a case worker (not the cops) presenting to a committee of psychologists.

What you’re describing are red flag laws, which are very high on the list of proposed common sense gun reforms.

Then let’s get then passed and see how they work. Let’s not go overboard in the first attempt at this.

There is zero danger of anyone going overboard in this environment.
