No, "these people" have not redefined what it means to be pro-choice. Fox News is telling people "pro choice" means have an abortion up to 5 minutes before you go into Labor. Most pro choice people believe govt should completely be out of the decision until viability, and after viability abortions may be needed if there are serious health issues with mother or fetus.

Ambulance can cost hundreds of dollars if not covered by insurance such as a non-emergency situation. They’re not an Uber. A hospital won’t treat or provide medical services to a 12 year old without a parent or guardian in a non-emergency situation.
