If it is down to Rice and Harris and it is up to Biden with no overwhelming reason to pick one over the other, I would have to guess Biden picks Rice. It is still close to a toss up on PredictIt.

An overwhelming reason would be the DNC says no to Rice due to her baggage and perceived electability problems. His decision is not entirely independent.

Harris is leading on PredictIt now. The above leak from close sources also seems to point to Kamala. Less baggage.

I think Rice's inability to stay on message has cost her the VP slot. Harris is very good on staying on message.

My personal preference was Rice. Oh well.
