How many times/week, and how long have you been married/together?
I'm getting worried bc I'm pregnant with #1 and currently my husband and I have sex 1x/week (sometimes 2), but I'm afraid that with kids in the future, we just won't make time for it anymore. Oddly enough, I know my husband is satisfied with once a week but it (irrationally) makes me worry about the status of our relationship that he DOESNT want to do it more. We've been together total of 8 yrs now, and want 3 kids eventually. |

| Married 6 years, have an almost 2 year old. Sex 3-4 times a week. Before kids it was 4-5, so really didn't take that much of a hit. We actually were closer to 4-5 times a week until the last month because we are in the processing of moving, I just started a new job, and DS just started daycare so we are exhausted! |

It will ebb and flow with kids and pregnancy of course- I think open communication about it is a good thing, especially in a nonaccusatory tone!
Been together 14 years, married 6. Baby under 1. 3-4 is average lately (usually 2 times during the week and 1-2 on weekends). During months 2-6 postpartum it was a DRY spell, maybe 5 times total. 1st 8 weeks after surgery I think we fooled around maybe 1 time a week. Weirdly more than the months after that. I have no illusions that sometimes this will go away and perhaps even be more at times too- adding a 2nd will be interesting! |

Together 7 years, married 5.
Before kids was probably 3-4 times per week. Since kid #1 (now 2.5), less than once a week. Now pregnant with kid #2. We talk about it and would both like to more, but are tired and busy. We're working on it. |

Times per week?
I'm not bitter about it, and neither is he, but it's more like times per month. Young toddler, been together a very long time (closer to decades than years). We're just tired with a small child and we have been together long enough that we aren't panicking. |

Kids are 2 and 4. Barely any sex at all for the year I nursed each kid. Like once a month. |

| We go through phases. Sometimes, it's every day. Sometimes it's once a day during the week and twice on the weekends. Other times, it's once a week. We have not gone longer than two weeks without having sex our entire relationship, other than once when I was out of town for 3 weeks and for about 4 weeks after DD was born. |
