Now do Trump. |
exactly. Those MAGA and Trump only care about law and order if it's applied the way they want it to be applied, namely to minorities, and they will threaten and harass people who work in the law and judicial system if they come after them. If a black man did the same thing, Trump and MAGA would be all over it, claiming the black man should be jailed for the harassment. Apple doesn't fall from the tree, in this case, Trump being the tree and the MAGAts people the apple. |
“A former Donald Trump political appointee at the State Department who tried to storm the Capitol and assaulted law enforcement officers on Jan. 6 was sentenced to 70 months in prison on Friday.
Federico Klein was arrested in March 2021 and convicted of eight felonies as well as misdemeanor offenses by U.S. District Court Judge Trevor McFadden, also a Trump appointee, in July 2023 following a bench trial.” https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/trump-appointee-assaulted-capitol-officers-jan-6-sentenced-nearly-6-ye-rcna123188 |
Wow. A political appointee? |
Yup, special assistant in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs with a top secret clearance. After working for the Trump campaign and the Family Research Council. https://www.newsweek.com/who-federico-g-klein-state-department-washington-riots-arrest-1574004 |
This documentary is a devastating unveiling of the useful idiots who were duped by the MAGA cult, and a few of their unfortunate relatives. |
Trump could have pardoned them all before leaving office of course he did not.
MAGA and republicans are idiots. |
Didn’t complete my thought: when they were finally able to clear the building, they didn’t arrest all the traitors, just waved them out. How many weapons were secreted upon those people. |
That Grassley thought he would be presiding is a two option thing. 1) Pence didn’t want to hurt Trump, his “friend.” (No, literally, that’s what Pence was thinking. It’s in the article.) 2) the USSS was going to do away with Pence, either temporarily or permanently. Pence’s spider senses were tingling and that’s why he refused to get into the car with USSS agents who were not his regular agents. So much violence was on the table that day. And seriously, people, stop posting twitter links. Most of us can’t read them, can’t read anything if they’re linked, and can’t get to the links to the articles directly. https://abcnews.go.com/US/pence-told-jan-6-special-counsel-harrowing-details/story?id=105183391 Pence comes off like a total goober who was almost willing to go along with the whole coup. Almost. I mean Dan Quayle had to talk sense into him (which is not in the article) but Pence was still willing to believe Trump’s lies as late as late December. Pence did the right thing, but just barely. |
