Yes, the truth usually comes out when people are faced with a choice between lying and going to jail or telling the truth. I admit to not knowing everything about how FBI informants "work". I do have an educational background that makes me confident in knowing what the primary responsibilities of the American President are. Those primary responsibilities do not include ignoring pleas for help for three hours while the US Capitol Building is under attack. That situation is the most accurate description of dereliction of duty from a POTUS there possibly could be. I can't imagine a situation where the American public is stupid enough and our political parties are awful enough to allow a former POTUS that acted in a way that is this much in conflict with a POTUS's primary responsibility to be re-elected but here we are.
