The VA playoffs will likely scramble the bottom half. There are no honorable mentions as the level of play drops off a cliff after the top 10.

DM should be ahead of GC.

EHS plays PVI tonight.

DM lost to GC and was nearly doubled up by them. So no, they do not.

None of Gonzaga’s seniors are playing in the tournament. It won’t be pretty. It’s really just an opportunity to develop some of the younger boys.

Has the sun set on PVI? Very weak finish to end the year. And no JV team. What’s going on out there?

That's precisely the problem. The new campus is so far away it will limit the depth. Good school but will have a real challenge attracting families to head that way when there are so many more choices closer to the beltway.

Not sure, but looks that way. episcopal was a weak team this year too. especially compared to previous seasons.

PVI is an expensive public school.

He doesn’t do anything special compared to every other goalie. Definitely need a FO.

Agreed on both counts. Goalie is just okay, very overrated. For all the hype, he is “meh,” solid enough but nothing spectacular. If they had even a below average FOGO (45% range) then it is 10 more chances on offense per game and that would translate to 4 more goals a game. A better goalie instead of the hype machine and it’s 3 or 4 less goals per game. 11-10 loss becomes a 14-6 win and a championship

Im sure Wes and Garrett will be recruiting aggressively this summer and will recruit right over the guys in their own program.

Expect a few transfers to show up in July / August.

That was before their coaching change. Their results afterwards show that they were a different team. Their offense was a joke with their first coach.

PVI was 98% Loudoun players the last two seasons and did fine. New coach and recruiting will help build the team.
