That was the second one. The first one was while he was President so there were all sorts of arguments that he had presidential immunity for anything he said which had to be litigated. Then he defamed her again once he wasn’t President anymore - that’s the one that was decided already. |

Criminalizing the denial of an accusation is a really bad place for this country to go. |
He’s not losing because he “denies” her accusations. He’s losing because he’s committing slander. Libel too, if you count “truth social”. The court has already found him responsible for the crime. |
