Anyone, especially any doctor, who says these are not indicated is wrong.
Sometimes hypertension in pregnancy is so bad that a 26 week fetus is the size of one that is 19 weeks. The mother is literally dying from her high blood pressure. The D and E may be safer and faster. Your patient is counseled by neonatology and OB and then she makes a choice.

They don't seem to care about the children the mom's would leave behind, or the life of the mother. Only the fetus matters.

I have thought about the subject of abortion for a while now, and yes I’m not the most experienced person here by any means. I was just looking to explain my opinion and read everyone’s thoughts. It’s just because I strongly believe abortion is bad is why my opinions can be seen as deeply critical. I’m still learning as I’m young and I just want be able to gain understanding on these topics.
