If you dive inti the text of the bill, it becomes apparent that it's so much more than just a full term abortion law. It also effectively allows for post birth abortion, and removes medical qualifications for those people who perform abortions.

It's now harder to be a tattoo artist in NY than perform an abortion.

1) more people are fleeing NY than moving in.

2) being aborted is not a "better outcome" if you happen to be the one getting aborted.

That is not the goal of the law and I do not believe this happens on a remotely regular basis. If it does it is a tragic accident. No one is murdering viable children.

It is if you're born to neglectful or abusive parents who didn't really want you but had no other choices. Not everyone gets adopted into a happy home. There are LOTS of kids in the foster care system to prove that point.

1) pay for their medical care
2) pay for their birth control
3) pay for men to have vasectomies
4) offer to house the pregnant women, pay for their care, and adopt the child
