| An end to WSVA will only make Mclean, Arlington, FCV and BRYC better. |
Whar is this woman's twitter handle? I must see this hysteria for myself. |
You can blame the previous poster who brought up the Loudoun and McLean 07 midfielders for this diversion. |
I don't think it is appropriate to directly give it, but if (a) you look at WAVA's U15 roster (see game reports on DA site) and find the 07 on that team and (b) google the player's name, then you will find the mom's twitter handle, as well as YouTube videos, pictures, etc. |
And the poster that talked about 3v3 Disney as an indicator of national team talent. Embarrassing. What's next - juggling records? |
When did that happen? |

I think that misrepresents what the PP was saying. They simply provided a laundry list of indicators of the variety and combinations of extra soccer activities and training that parents will sign their kids up for at young ages. They further state that those things are only short term benefits as other kids who are naturally talented do tend to catch up to the over trained kids. |
That's all fine. Taking the next step to say those are the kids who get national pool consideration at an early age is the problem. Most of the over trained kids will never get a cup of coffee - even at U14. It does not take that long for the athletic kids to catch up and pass them. |
So it is your belief that those over trained kids are not athletic? |
Some are but most are not, just like the general population. Take a look at the parents. If they are athletic then chances are the kids will be too. If they are overweight couch potatoes who drive the kids hard then little Mia has no chance. |
I don't know man, Abby Wambach's mom looks like a pretty normal woman to me. |
You’re so funny, Aimee. |

Nope, not her but thanks for playing. |
