You can’t write a letter to a scj - it goes to a clerk and would get tossed in the trash.
Also, the scj aren’t at all responsible for appointing other scj or voting yes or no. They are responsible for voting on cases and that’s it.

I really don’t get people who think she is lying. If she was lying, she would have made up something even more serious and not put someone else in the room with them at the time of the incident. She would not have laid the groundwork for this several years ago in counseling. Jeez.
