Who did you think killed JonBenet?

I do think Burke struck her with the flashlight. I think he had been hurting his sister in one way or another for some time, and his mother knew but wasn't worried (for reasons I can't even fathom - was she a child victim too?) I also think that Patsy was responsible for the staging and introduced the garrotte to show a type of sexual sophistication that wouldn't be associated with a child offender, to protect Burke.

The American Girl doll evidence that came to light is just too much to overlook when it comes to Patsy's involvement. The tape, the strange fibers...

My daughter has constant UTIs and bedwetting. She has kidney reflux and it took years to diagnose. At JB's age, it wasn't diagnosed, but part of our daily lives.

But there is likely a CPS file on you

yes, Mark Beckner

It was pretty interesting. He seemed to definitely think it was Patsy or Burke.

To me, it seems more likely that Burke did it than Patsy. In a fit of rage, he hits his sister over the head with a blunt object. I just can't see a loving mother who was obsessed with her daughter and all her pageants doing something like that, even in a heat of the moment type of thing. It makes sense too that Patsy and John would cover for Burke. I don't agree with it but it makes sense.

Maybe so. And maybe once Patsy saw that her living doll was seriously damaged and would never be "perfect" again, she knew what she had to do.

What? Of course there isn't a file on me. It's a very common issue in young girls.

I think John was molesting her and the girl said something on the 23rd that compelled someone (maybe Patsy) to call 911. JB was very very close to and adored her older sister (John's daughter) that they were supposed to visit that morning at the Michigan lakehouse. JB knew that was only John's daughter. Could you imagine how horrified the sister would be if JB nonchalantly said "Daddy likes to touch me before bedtime" while pointing to her pee pee place? I am sure John imagined it too which is why he did what he did. Patsy would keep the family secret, but his oldest daughter would not.

No way would Patsy have called 911 during her own holiday party. No way.

The blow to the head that she received was enough to knock out a 300 pound linebacker, and it was only 1 strike. That is not the strength an accidental fall would provide nor is it the strength a 9 year old boy or cancer-ridden Patsy would have. Only someone 6 times her size and power could have done so. John. And it was intentional. He knocked her unconscious with the golf club in the basement with just one swing. He then staged the rest and wiped her body down clean before placing her in the cellar and then "discovering" her. The ransom note was also written by him. He was only ruled out because the expert was someone that he picked and was a personal friend. If you read it closely, you will know that it is classic Republican military guy lingo: "Mr. Ramsey.Listen carefully! We are a group of individuals that represent
a small foreign faction. We respect your bussiness
but not the country that it serves." Also, "foreign faction" was a term used in Star Trek and he was known to be a big fan.

Then, perhaps it was JB herself. It could have been a completely harmless 911 call that most kids do, but maybe it was enough to freak John out that she was about to tell.

Why would he kill his daughter like that? What on earth would be the motive for him doing that?

The one who had been butting heads with JonBenet was Patsy - JonBenet resisted wearing the matching outfit that Patsy wanted her to wear, rejected the specially made doll that Patsy gifted her for Christmas. And Patsy was the one who expected her little girl to sit still for makeup, look just so in a dress, walk this way on a runway. JonBenet seemed to love being in the pageants. But she was only 6 and you can about bet that there were tears and resistance behind the scenes. That was a lot of pressure for a 6 year old child. And I suspect that JonBenet was developing a will of her own and Patsy didn't like to see noncompliance in her perfect little doll baby. It made her look and feel bad.

I read that dr phil's counsel, L Lin Wood, also represents the Ramsey family. So is Dr. Phil's special just damage control to get out in front of the documentary, which will point to Burke as the murderer? Did the law firm hand Dr Phil the interviews of Burke, asking him to make him look good?

That's an interesting connection between Dr Phil and the Ramseys. Something I'll definitely keep in mind when I watch Burke Ramsey's interview.

I'll be interested to hear what he has to say. So much time has passed and he was so young when this happened.....

As far as I know he has lived a peaceful life ever since. I hope he's doing o.k.

The Dr Phil interview is going to be BS. Total damage control.

Maybe. But hearing Burke talk will be interesting.

Not saying you're wrong but how do you know this?

If it were John, there's no way Natalee Holloway's mom would've dated him as long as she did.
