I think it is fair to bash but bash with truth. There are blatant lies about probation, futsal, and individual training that are clearly false.

Kind of insane to compare the two when one clearly has more pull and say in the club than the other.

3 guys aren't the hosts to be fair. They're all logged in under personal zoom calls and GFR is the host. Sent them a DM to teach them how to mute things. Seems Zoom Pro isn't in the budget

Anyone who wasn't there:

-Board asked candidates about 501(c)(3) twice. Makes it seem like the nonprofit status might be at risk and there might be some abuse w finances.
-Board asked candidates about willingness to take swift action regardless of loyalties
-Board asked candidates about financial conflicts of interests with current board members. Specifically, if they had paid money for services like private instruction.
-RS did not post a question along with three other sitting board members. His allies?

TLDR: Lawyer is our new board member

How are the tryouts going?

The three guys went out of their way to keep saying there was no financial issues when we pressed them at the coaches meeting one day after they decided to take over the club and make our club a laughing stock!

It appears that the GFRSC is allocating a significant portion of its budget towards legal disputes rather than investing in establishing a solid groundwork with the employees to propel the club towards success. RS has accumulated extensive experience over the years, and I am confident that a thorough audit would uncover numerous discrepancies in the financial records while he was in charge.

Zoom Pro isn’t in the budget when paying a lawyer for this much work for sure but they shouldn’t have invited 3000 members to the meeting then

Most of the board members have also been on the board for 3+ years (several much longer) so they should be held accountable too but at the end of the day most of them were probably just doing the best they could as volunteers and unless RS was pocketing exorbitant amounts of money I audit is probably a big waste of money too. Problem is the 3 board members have made a lot of accusations about things but haven’t given any evidence or even examples of where there were financial problems or irregularities
