Substitute Harris for Trump and right for left and I'm with you. Here we all are.

The women that Vance referred to as “childless cat ladies” have been shaming me for being a married mother of two for long enough. Harris supporters are anti-mother.

Anti-mother? Harris voter here. Mother of 2 boys. There is no way on this earth I would ever vote for someone as toxic as Trump. We are raising our sons to be decent, empathetic humans. Trump embodies the opposite of any characteristics I would want my kids to ever have. Sad how many voters fell for the hate.
Are you teaching them to stay out of women's bathrooms?

Mine are in college and there are not actually women's bathrooms or men's bathrooms. They just have bathrooms.

But if that freaks you out or is something that your students can't tolerate, you still should provide them with a college education if they want that. Maybe there is a commuter school or something that would be a good option or you could find a college with bathrooms more to your liking.

Let us know how you feel when you are changing at the Y (or probably your club for the DCUM crowd) and a naked man is gawking at you. Or when you are trying to pee and some dude is peeking into your stall in jerking off.

Omg. Seriously go to a YMCA and check out the scene. The only people that ever change at a YMCA are ones that use the pool . That is little kids learning to swim and some old people doing laps. You are spending your life terrified of ghosts that don't exist.

You are at the “this isn’t happening” stage of the gaslighting pipeline which is “this isn’t happening”, then, “well it’s only happening a few places so why do you care” and finally “well yes this is happening but it’s actually a good thing”

Yes, this happening. Stop gaslighting.

A random anecdote reported on one republican website does not equal a trend. Your post is useless. I can report a random anecdote that in college, a gay men peeped other men in the dorm shower.

Are you going to require crotch checks for entry to every public bathroom? Require gay men to use womens rooms and lesbians to use mens rooms?

Dumb argument. We’ve never required crotch checks in bathrooms and want a return to the status quo.

The status quo didn't even allow gay folks to marry so you are not getting that.

Gay people marrying doesn’t put anyone at higher risk of sexual assault in public spaces.

Absolutely false. The same people who are outraged by the assaults within the Catholic Church are radio silent when it comes to the larger number of assaults in public schools. There are good reasons why certain behaviors have been prohibited by societies. If you don't know why, I suggest you go read where monkeypox was spread.

You need help. your post makes no sense.

Just look at the majority of posts on this site. Some seriously out of touch and angry people on the left. It would be concerning if they weren't such marshmallows.

Out of touch with what? The price of eggs being related to avian flu? Or the actual causes of inflation? Or the right bringing up trans stuff as a wedge issue repeatedly (every post I've seen about it on this site has generally been some MAGA type ranting that this impacts me more as a woman than abortion legislation).

Just because people who are educated don't fall for the right's propaganda, they are marshmallows?

Not the PP, but I’d say the election results pretty definitely show how out of touch DCUM liberals are.

Not really. In the end, Trump still won on a very tiny margin (one of the tiniest in the past 60 years), still the majority of POC didn't vote for him even though the percentages shifted right. The percentage shift mathematically seems more related to losing votes entirely (people not voting) than more people shifting votes to Trump. Many didn't vote for Harris over the Israeli/Palestine war, right or wrong on that one. That isn't an endorsement of Trump or MAGA policies.

This is some serious coping. The entire government structure shifted to one party.

No, it's spot on. There is no mandate. Not that the GOP ever cares about reality. They weave their own out of lies.

lol the idea that taking over the courts, executive and legislature including all battleground states isn’t a mandate! Get real!

Okay. Have Daddy arrange a marriage for your daughter. that's going to go over really well. Good luck with that.

If voters bought this handmaid’s tale version of reality, Trump would have lost. We don’t. It’s ridiculous hysteria that the public has rejected as nonsense.

Okay, that just comes from the posts on this freaky thread.

Posters on this message board also insisted Harris would win in a landslide because the women voters were so outraged by the overturning of roe vs wade. Didn’t happen. This isn’t exactly a board reflective of public opinion.

THIS ^^

Three young women in Texas would like to have an opinion about this, but they can't, because they were killed by abortion bans.

Texas' response? They will no longer report such cases. But I promise you, this is just the beginning.

Medical malpractice has always existed and that’s what those cases are.

It’s really quite twisted.

The Dems had Bill Clinton out campaigning for Kamala whose husband impregnated the nanny.

I know it's hard for you to understand consent.

You do understand Bill was accused of rape and we believe all women, right?

Great so you voted for Trump, a rapist with assault allegations from at least 20 women?

this. The delusion is real.

Nope, I’m not the idiot saying “believe all women” like leftists have, for even patently false cases. Trump isn’t a rapist no matter how many times you stomp your feet about it. If he were, he would have been criminally charged and found guilty.

Modern politics assumes women should be involved in all aspects of life, but I wonder where's the evidence that it's a good idea to do so.

The institution of marital sex

Oh look, I can show a graph showing that women have less sex when the men do "core" housework. Source.

Look at this article if you want to see why. My study relies on data reported with a statistically significant sample. Yours suffers from significant selection bias. If you know anything about women, you know women are attracted to powerful men. Duh, those guy aren't doing the laundry. A man doing more laundry will only make him look more impotent and therefore less attractive to his wife.

To all the men out there, don't listen to these women who claim doing chores will yield you more sex. It will work just as poorly as being her friend.

Why do you think the majority of us Americans (who voted for Trump) care about your personal opinion on whether our votes are embarrassing? No one cares.

+100
If it wasn’t clear before, this election has really shone a spotlight on the mental illness of liberals. This forum is a prime example - wow.

It was clear before. This just solidifies them as a full blown cult. Yes this forum is the perfect example.

Every MAGA accusation is a confession.

Neither, just an observation.

Liberals are the cult of critical thinking and reason. Logic! Facts! Science!

How horrifying.

Liberals do not reason or think critically. The fact you think you do is laughable and very telling. Logic, facts, and definitely science are not in your vocabulary.

No but she has the sarcastic mean girl quotes from Rachel Maddow down pat!

No, it was about the American people rejecting the Left's utterly stupid idea that it's okay for the government to tell social media companies to censor political opponents because "we only burn the bad books." You have to be unimaginably ignorant of history to support the censorship industrial complex or any of its dog whistles about "malinformation," "misinformation," and "disinformation," all of which can more accurately be characterized as "shit that leftists disagree with."

I don’t even know if this cracks the top 20 in any exit poll, or voting issues leading up to the election.

The pandemic messed up the economy and booted Trump out of office.

Inflation post pandemic did the same for Biden.

Crazy would be voting based off the opinions of random people on a message board rather than policy.

Not much solace for that. In Texas, the cap is 250k per defendant for non-economic damage and a whopping 500k total if there are multiple defendants in the lawsuit. That’s all their lives are worth in Texas.

Guess which political party led the tort-reform charge that created those damages caps? It starts with a G.

More concerned about my kids getting killed or injured in a school shooting.

Priorities of many in this country are beyond redemption due to all the brainwashing.
Gun ownership is protected by the constitution. Males using women's bathrooms isn't.

You want to compare gunning innocent children down in schools to bathroom use??

Owning a gun does not equal shooting children. You really struggle with reading comprehension, don’t you?

To the left, owning a gun does equal shooting children. If Democrats were to blame the shooter, they'd start arresting too many of their constituents.
