+1 If democrats are so worried about the debate schedule they should have fielded an appropriate candidate. |
It's not an easy problem to fix but for starters, it would be best if people didn't vote for candidates that clearly have no business holding the position of most powerful person in the world for the term they are seeking. This would obviously apply to the elderly Trump and Biden when they were seeking the POTUS position in 2020 yet 155 million people were somehow duped into voting for them. If and when our two major parties suddenly see a drop of 50 million votes from the previous election, then and only then will they clean up their act and make an effort to put forth candidates that are qualified and fit to serve as most powerful person in the world. Why? Because at that point there are 50 million votes out there to claim simply by functioning as we expect out major political parties to function. |
So your answer is not vote? Can you elaborate on how that will fix everything? |
Ok, how are you going to convince 50 million people to not vote? What’s your plan? Details? |
I wasn’t thrilled about 2 geezers being on the ballot in 2020. I was livid about it this year. The DNC has to correct their mistake. The RNC is stuck like chuck. |
I'm not telling people not to vote. I am simply suggesting that people only vote for people that are qualified and fit to serve in the most powerful position in the world for the next 4 year to 8 years. Many, many people didn't follow that logic in 2020 and here we are. |
So who should have been elected in 2020? Who have you voted for in past presidential elections? |
How so? The GOP meltdown is epic. |
Why won’t you tell us who you have voted for in past presidential elections? |
Still waiting for examples of this meltdown |
Who are you voting for in 2024? Are you voting or staying home? |
waiting for numbskull pp to tell us who they voted for in the past and why, and who they are voting for in November. |
Actually the Democrats do not seem to be in disarray at all. Harris's team has come out swinging. Endorsements are coming through like clockwork. Messaging is clear. Trump's campain seems the one in disarray. |
Yes, the democrats changing their presidential candidate midstream just a few days before the convention and the republican candidate-who debated the first candidate-waiting until a candidate is officially confirmed is an epic meltdown on the GOPs part. The GOP and Trump should have predicted this situation and done what? |
None of your business who I'm voting for but I'm certainly not voting for someone that would be serving as POTUS into their 80s. That's ludicrous. Amazing how so many people can't understand why that's ludicrous. |
