What is the quickest, easiest and most painless way? I'm thinking raw veggies only or maybe veggie juices only? Ideas?
Oh, and with your suggestion, tell me how much you think I can lose. Thanks |
How tall are you and how much do you weigh? What foods do you eat now? Are you a fast eater? Emotional eater? Do
You have a family or live alone? How active are you? Do you exercise? |
Cut the carbs. Drastically. |

There is no way to lose weight quickly, safely, and keep it off.

+ 1000. Your brain needs fat and protein, so, no, raw veggies are not a good solution, healthy though they may be. |
Cocaine. |
Eat less, move more. The minute you stop eating veggies and juices only, the weight will return.

You might be able to lose weight quickly, but definitely not safely. You can lose weight safely, but not quickly. The two are simply not compatible with each other. |
ok, it doesn't need to be particularly safe. LOL
i'm 5'7", 155 49 healthy with a sweet tooth and lover of salty snacks don't exercise |
You're not as overweight as I am (I was 5'3" and 155), but I stopped eating carbs (Atkins induction style) and lost 6 pounds in a week with no exercize. Eating that way for two weeks also cured me of my ridiculous sugar addiction. I have kept up the low carb diet, and I allow myself about 50 carbs a day and I have continued to lose. I'm down 10 pounds in one month. |
Exercise. And lose weight slowly. But since you don't care about the safe way, try eating a bag of sugar free gummy bears every day. |
You're 49 and don't exercise. My first suggestion would be start doing some weight-bearing exercise to protect your bones from osteoporosis. what's your body fat percentage? Try eating a 40/40/20 diet- 40 percent of grams from carbs, protein, and 20 percent fat. track your food. You would be amazed where you can tighten your diet by eliminating emotional/ mindless snacking. |
The quickest way to lose weight is just to stop eating altogether. You will be fine if you do this for a couple of days. But the longer you want to do this for, the more you need to start adding back in. You will need vitamins and minerals within a few days. A few days more and you will need essential proteins and fats. And if you want to do something sustainable over the long term then you will need a balanced diet.
I wouldn't worry too much about exercise - weight loss is 80 percent about what you eat. Just start walking, always take the stairs etc. and that will have an impact. |
This is such a ridiculous made up claim that has no basis in fact. Food/eating is what you make of it. Exercise is what you make of it. |
