My first suggestion would be start doing some weight-bearing exercise to protect your bones from osteoporosis. what's your body fat percentage? Try eating a 40/40/20 diet- 40 percent of grams from carbs, protein, and 20 percent fat. track your food. You would be amazed where you can tighten your diet by eliminating emotional/ mindless snacking.[/quote]
