If this year its the same number of teams they have listed coaches for around 20 teams (all first teams).
So 80% is an exageration. They only forgot to hire 35 coaches.
No biggie.

This is still an exaggeration. For most age groups they have at least the 2nd coach. Why they aren't advertising is mind boggling. The only reason I can think of is they are coaches no one wants to return to so they think they are better off not advertising.

If they have hired second team coaches they are not publicly listing them. And at the first tryout only the A team coach was introduced. A parent asked about the second and third coaches and they blew him off with some yada yada.

Why don’t you have this never ending back and forth conversation on the Arlington thread? Why do you have to go on and on about it here. We get it, they have not listed other coaches, Arlington doesn’t have them either. But I guess they get a pass, right?

The topic of this thread is "Valor". Feel free to discuss "Arlington" in their thread. I personally would never drive from Clifton to Arlington for childrens soccer practice, so what Arlington does isn't of interest to me.

With their incredibly high fees, i assume
valor pays coaches a competitive wage. so is it the management people don't want to work for? why the struggle every season to find coaches?

The second team coach was listed with the offer we passed on. It's the same coach they have this year and I've heard he's not good.

Any thoughts on the 2013 boys and 2011 boys coaches? Does anyone know who they are? Thought we were sticking with current club and now maybe not

People on here said the first team coach for 2013, GL, was good. No other coaches for the other 3 teams have been listed. According to posters here there fourth team coach for this past year was fired midyear under mysterious circumstances and no one will spill the tea.

For 2011, the second coach is leaving after just one year which I heard was his first year of coaching. He also coach 2010 and I heard that from a 2010 parent.

Your initials are wrong. Clearly you dont know what you are talking about. Trey is first team coach for boys. Going to FVU to coach the boys there next year.

The first team coach for 2013 boys next year is GL. Why would someone care for information about a coach who won't be there next year?

Clearly you don't know what YOU are talking about.

My son was on the 2015 2nd team this year and we have heard nothing. And at the first tryout, no info on who the coaches will be past the first team. First team boys received offers already. The second tryout which was supposed to be last night was canceled for weather. UGH.

I have heard GL is one of the few actually good coaches but no personal experience.
