The parents have not been charged with any form of abuse. You clearly hate them. Financial fraud convictions do not impact custody as often as not.

Busfield is charged with sexual abuse and has settled a civil claim by a grown woman of sexual abuse. Those are facts. He may be acquitted. But he is charged with sexual abuse and his parents are not. If there is evidence that a legitimate CPS investigation of the parents is underway, of course you may link to that.

+1 A common tactic in cases like this is to do anything to discredit those making the accusations. In this case, it’s children so no one is going to go after them as that would look bad. So the parents will become the targets.

Tim admitted to tickling the kids in his phone call with the detective and he mentioned the iPads being taken away.

I definitely don’t see a connection between the parents suing an AirBnB owner for an accident that took place in their rental and the sexual abuse allegations by one of the boys.
