+1 A common tactic in cases like this is to do anything to discredit those making the accusations. In this case, it’s children so no one is going to go after them as that would look bad. So the parents will become the targets. |
| Has anyone considered that Busfield chose these children as targets because of their parents’ litigious history? As in, thought he could get away with it and no one would believe them due to their parents being frauds? |
If you're going to bring in past behavior then their behavior is very relevant. You can't have it both ways. |
That would be very stupid because once these accusations are made the stigma follows you forever. |
I want to hear your thoughts on the shoulder massage. You clearly believe the corroborating witness who stated he saw the 16 year old girl give Busfield (her teacher at the time) a shoulder massage. |
But wasn’t it also stupid of him to allow a 16 year old girl to give him (her teacher) a shoulder massage? Wasn’t it stupid of him to tickle kids on set when there’s a no touching rule? You’d think someone with his checked past wouldn’t allow himself to get in this situation to begin with. And why were the iPads taken away? That interestingly wasn’t addressed in the WB investigation. |
I don't see the connection between a massage and young boys. How is this related? |
How do you know this even happened? |
Seriously? There’s a pattern of crossing boundaries that goes back years. So again, I want to hear your thoughts on whether you think a 16 year old girl giving her teacher a shoulder massage is appropriate. Why would a male tescher allow that? |
Tim admitted to tickling the kids in his phone call with the detective and he mentioned the iPads being taken away. |
It's not a pattern if the girl isn't accusing him of it herself? It's a claim by some random guy from years before. |
I definitely don’t see a connection between the parents suing an AirBnB owner for an accident that took place in their rental and the sexual abuse allegations by one of the boys. |
You can ignore it but others probably won't. We know of the current landlord case and that's not the only one. You like patterns, do you see one here? Father's Criminal History: Ronald Rodis, the father of the twin boys, pleaded guilty in 2017 to a federal charge of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison and ordered to pay nearly $4 million in restitution for his role in a multi-million-dollar mortgage modification scheme that defrauded over 1,500 homeowners. Disbarment: Due to the fraud conviction, Rodis was disbarred as an attorney. Mother's Civil Judgments: Busfield's lawyers alleged that the mother, Angele LaSalle, has "multiple civil judgments entered against her for fraudulent and dishonest behavior". Retaliation Allegations: The defense argues that the accusations against Busfield were manufactured by the parents as revenge after their children were cut from the television show The Cleaning Lady (which Busfield produced/directed) in 2024. Financial Motive: The defense claims the parents were seeking financial gain and were "victimized" by their own parents rather than Busfield. |
But you believed this same “random guy from years before” when it came to his claim that the father of the 16 year old girl was “prostituting” her to Busfield to get a movie script? Huh. |
I believed it? I don't think it's relevant because if he hasn't been charged with it, it doesn't matter, right? |
