Of course. There’s another story about a kid that was taken for no reason held for hours and hours and grilled about the leaders of the local protests. Eventually, they just let them go. These are just Lawless thugs, but at least they’re now being identified even if it’s against their wishes

Finding hard core criminals are harder because they aren’t in the system. They are plate reading the cars and finding people who are in the system with pending immigration cases. These people typically aren’t dangerous because they are trying to do the right thing and get their status fixed and often times pay taxes. A drug kingpin is going to be completely off the grid.

There is a German guy I follow who is a historian and whose grandfather was a Nazi. He was recently talking about how this group is less like the Klan and more like slave patrols. He’s also pretty surprised the way that people protect despite personal risk. The Germans never bothered.

Yes. That’s exactly what they’re doing. It was reported in all major news outlets in mid 2025 that ICE said it was too costly to go after criminals and Miller wanted more arrests. There was a report saying they weren’t successfully deporting detainees. Women and children and Target workers (brown citizens) are low hanging fruit. Besides, President Miller is salivating at the violence. He loves it!

Even after the massive budget increase in the BBB they haven’t started focusing on criminal gangs.
