Finding hard core criminals are harder because they aren’t in the system. They are plate reading the cars and finding people who are in the system with pending immigration cases. These people typically aren’t dangerous because they are trying to do the right thing and get their status fixed and often times pay taxes. A drug kingpin is going to be completely off the grid. So they are just passing time violating our rights, beating women and children doing all of the other horrible things that we’ve witnessed them doing?[/quote]
