Wow yeah, I missed those at first. No question at this point that the affair started prior to the murders (selfie of them kissing Jan 2023). Plus evidence it was not his first affair. |

I should have said and sorry I didn’t but I’m not the PP you were talking to. It’s pretty obvious that the affair was going on before the murders but regardless the phrase “touch grass” is such a buzz term and it’s not even used correctly. Initial use of that phrase was not meant to be an insult which is the way you tried to use it. |

Prosecutor says that BB And JM MOVED THE BODIES! That's what they were doing in the 15 min. between the first 911 hang up and the second call that BB/JM made to 911.
Prosecutors believe JR was shot in a far corner of the bedroom and he was moved to the bed area. They also said JR's arms were in a position that would have been impossible for him to be in having been shot in the chest. They said BB and JM re-packed his backpack. Prosecurtors still haven't fully explained how or when CB was stabbed. I said this a few pages back, but either CB was stabbed before JR got there, OR CB was expecting BB to come back for sex that morning (not sure if CB was aware that JR was part of the plan coming to the home -- perhaps or not). Seems like CB would be making some noise if she was (a) alive when BB and JR arrived in the bedroom, and (b) when BB shot JR. So IF CB was alive when JR/BB entered the bedroom, she must have expected JR as part of the sex plan with BB, and BB must have killed her right away so that JR might have thought it was just an act, not a real killing --- until he realized it was real, and JR backed away into the corner where he was shot. The other option is that BB stabbed CB before JR got there, and then JR and BB entered the bedroom at nearly the same time. JR realizes that CB is stabbed, and he backs away -- while BB shoots him. More details from WashPost -- BB was learning Portuguese and CB and BB were planning to to to Brazil. CB said as much on a jail phone call to BB. CB's parents are trying to get custody of the little girl... who will be seriously messed up for life. |

I meant JM and BB were planning to go to Brazil, and JM said as much on the jail phone call to BB.
(not CB). JM also said on the jail phone to BB that she hopes he isn't staying with her just so she won't turn on him!. |
