Fire in upper NW?

Yes maybe it is a totally unrelated random person and of course you can't see his face but something about the way he is running just exudes evil and something horrible. Ugh. I REALLY hope they catch this person or people - it couldn't really be just one person who did this? - ASAP. It is too horrible for words.

I think this must be from the parking lot at the church in the Hyattsville area where they found the car. It does not look like it's in the residential neighborhood where the house is located. Seems exceedingly unlikely that it's just some random person given the location, the speed, the outfit, the hood...

I thought there were some interesting updates including a vm to the 2nd housekeeper Wednesday night

and
The police documents also show what appears to be an unusual amount of activity last week around the victims’ Woodland Drive home, in an upscale neighborhood near the vice president’s mansion. Neighbors reported seeing a man banging on door of one home, an aggressive vacuum cleaner salesman at another house, reports of a prowler, and what a witness believed could have been the Savopouloses’ blue Porsche speeding down the street the day before the deaths were discovered.

That article definitely has a lot of new info. Sounds like both housekeepers had worked for the family for a long time. It seems very strange that the housekeeper spent the night since the 2nd housekeeper said the former would "never" spend the night. Also odd that Savvas asked her to inform the other housekeeper's family because her phone battery was dead..why didn't he inform them himself?

Because the husband would ask to speak to his wife, and she was already dead on Wed. night. And the husband and/or the killer didn't have her password to get into the phone to send a text?

Yes I am willing to bet that is the murderer in the video. There is something so evil about that person it is palpable. What kind of subhuman do you have to be to kill an innocent child. This whole story makes me sick. I hope they catch him soon.

It's really strange that they insisted on the other housekeeper not to come. More than once. Was the family trying to protect her from harm?

This is all weird.

An assistant dropped off a package. Could that have been money from the business? Father, held hostage, calls and says he's with sick family but needs the cash dropped off bc he will later be going to a job site?

This is such a haunting chain of events.

Perhaps tryng to keep people away so hostage situation would not be discovered -- criminals no doubt said if police come we kill you all first so don't risk being discovered.

I think I am going to get a siren loud enough to wake the entire neighborhood, and hopefully have a chance to turn it on if I feel threatened.

Seriously. We live a few blocks away. This is terrifying. Selfishly and terribly I must admit I am hoping that this was somehow business related - a deal with the DH that went sour or something. If it turns out that it was just a random act of violence it feels so much worse and scarier.

Welcome to page 3 of the thread....

He's probably running because he knows there are cameras and he doesn't want his face to be seen. Piece of shit coward.

Using a landline or whatever phone the husband was using to call the other housekeeper right then? That is definitely shady in the extreme. And that housekeeper's husband came to the house on Thursday morning looking for her and knocked on the door. If autopsies show that at least the housekeeper was dead as of Wednesday evening, does that mean the husband was at least partially responsible?? What if he did the blunt force to the three other victims and then killed himself? Too far fetched?

How would it make the husband responsible? If he was responsible then who drove the Porsche off and burned it?

Does the individual in the video have a hat or hood on, or is that just short black hair? Looks like a young black dude to me.
