Oh, come on. I voted for Trump but I'm also a TS fan. It's ok to be both. We're all entitled to our political opinions.

Funny because Ivanka Trump posted a photo of her an her DD making Taylor Swift cake for the kid's birthday, so not all the high-up MAGA hate TS just because...

Plenty of Trump voters are also Taylor Swift fans. Things aren't black and white just because people want to be partisan and stupid.

Exactly my point. They didn't boo her because of her carefully worded endorsement.

The pants are so ridiculously tight - very effeminate looking.

Um, he is built.

Yes he is. He is a gorgeous man.

Sad she was booed at superbowl :/ but I wish she had been more diplomatic and worn both green and red - she did grow up in Pa and was a long time Eagles fan. I get that TK is her fiancé but the Philly fans saw her as a traitor. I think it would have been wise to give a nod to both her past and her future by showing support for both. Then again, it doesn’t take much to rile the eagles fans.

Oh God. Let her be.

The context of this is really important. There were rumors he would propose to her if they won. Before his most high profile game & and a game fans thought he might propose to her at he chose to dress like a buffoonish 70s pimp? That seems like something you'd wear to spite your "girlfriend." It's giving... I'm an immature clown and this relationship contract is ending so I'm going to dress defiantly. Thumbing his nose at their relationship on the way out. It's certainly NOT giving... I'm a maturing hot jock who's going to propose to my future wife after we win this Super Bowl.

Nothing mature or hot about that guy lol. You could be right, maybe they will be breaking up soon. I predict it won't last.

I don't think he's hot at all but a good stylist can make a jock like him look suave, stylish, and masculine (see Philly's quarterback pre-game outfit below). Kelce's pimp outfit just shows he's still deeply immature, he had no intention of proposing to her, and he clearly didn't seek her advice on it. It makes it sound like a fake relationship, to me.

This is a ridiculous suit too - purple? All of these NFL players think they're dressing to impress, but in reality they just look idiotic.

Hurts frequently wears purple, lavenders, etc. -- it's his favorite color. You can think the color is gauche but it's tailored and looks classy for a young stylish filthy rich quarterback (age 26). Travis in contrast looked like a damn clown (age 35).

They both looked ridiculous.

I like her but think she could have avoided the boos and being trolled by the Middle school bully occupying the oval office with a bit of diplomacy.

We all make mistakes but we keep making them if we don’t learn from them.

I love her music but the main reason she has lasted in the industry as long as she has is bc she has an unusually high threshold for pain tolerance. I guess she finds it motivating which is why she hasn't learned from it--most of us would call masochistic.

For me, I can’t really reconcile turning your back on your supposed loyalty to a family/hometown team for your boyfriend as being a role model for womanhood.
But I think she feigned fandom to the eagles because it played well with her fans. Ms. Americana is just becoming more and more true: sell out to the highest bidder!

LOL I am a diehard fan of my hometown team but it’s not that serious. It’s a literal game. Her cheering on her boyfriend doesn’t mean she’s “turned her back on her supposed loyalty to her family”. People are so weird about Taylor swift.

LOL- yay capitalism!

"Thats what America wants! Nice and calm. You're almost there, don't mess this... "

…I mean it’s not like anyone makes money off it or like the players are some of the highest paid people in the world.

Just a GAME. It isn’t that seriously LOL OMG!

I think it's entirely normal to root for your loved one's team. Same as parents who went to a certain college, but of course they will support their child's college in a game. Affinities and affiliations change. Why should she stick with the team of people she doesn't know personally v. her boyfriend's and current friends? Makes zero sense to expect this weird behavior from anyone.

They would’ve booed no matter what she wore. She isn’t a football fan; she’s only there for her boyfriend. Male NFL fans have made it crystal clear they don’t like her. But she laughed it off because she’s used to their behavior.

Meanwhile Taylor fans welcomed Travis with open arms and cheered for him at every Eras tour he attended. There’s a clear difference in how welcoming some fanbases are.

The issue isn't that people booed, sports fan often boo in a stadium. I am responding to the poster saying she is selling to the highest bidder and is a bad role model for supporting her boyfriend over her hometown.
