I don’t want to play history but there is definitely a partisan left wing special counsel pursuing a Republican and a partisan right wing special counsel pursuing (or recently finished pursuing) a Democrat and I was just calling out that the outrage over the latter is a bit absurd considering the former. Not interested in history. Biden is and should be history. Time for the future and the big story is that now no reasonable person can deny it any longer.

Despite what I think of your post...... We are talking about PRESENT day issues now. Stop living in the past.
We are looking at two different special counsels who have lifted the veil on the different standards of justice we are currently seeing.
One is charged for the SAME CRIME that the other committed. But, he gets a pass.
This is not justice.

They aren't different standards of justice. One guy opened the kimodo, returned documents and was open to interviews for him and is staff. The other guy lied, moved boxes to avoid detection, STILL HAS DOCUMENTS, and had staff lie to the FBI and DOJ. they are not the same and hence not different standards. Had trump given ALL of the documents back when first asked, he wouldn't have the issues on that Florida case today. That is a him problem.

This is not the right call. Political leaders (> 50 years in politics even high) should be held to a higher standard then the run of the mill cleared employee.

Biden will win the remaining primaries handily. Replacement presidential and VP candidates will be selected at the Democrat convention in the summer. I’m guessing Whitmer will be the presidential nominee.

Jack Smith is a registered Independent. Can you show me his history of donations to Democrats?

Hur is a registered Republican and has a history of donations to Republicans - investigated Biden (D)
Robert Mueller is a registered Republican and has a history of donations to Republicans - investigated Trump (R)
Ken Starr, David Weiss, John Durham

Literally every Special Prosecutor who has investigated a Democrat in the past 30 years has been a Republican (and a donor!).

And every Special Prosecutor who has investigated a Republican in the past 30 years has either be a Republican or an Independent.

There's definitely two standards of justice at play.
