One is charged for the SAME CRIME that the other committed. But, he gets a pass.

They aren't different standards of justice. One guy opened the kimodo, returned documents and was open to interviews for him and is staff. The other guy lied, moved boxes to avoid detection, STILL HAS DOCUMENTS, and had staff lie to the FBI and DOJ. they are not the same and hence not different standards. Had trump given ALL of the documents back when first asked, he wouldn't have the issues on that Florida case today. That is a him problem.

Very different standards of justice.
Biden took the classified documents as a Senator and VP. How in the hell did he get classified docs as a Senator?
And, not only did the report indicate he took them willfully and knowingly possessed them, but his ghostwriter actually deleted some of the recordings he made when he knew that there was an investigation.
