He didn’t conduct the interview in 2017. He didn’t tell Biden what to say. Biden is the problem, not Hur. And frankly, spare me the histrionics about Hur. Jack Smith is a strident lefty and on a crusade to bring down Trump. Why is that ok and yet having Hur investigate Biden so outrageous. At least Hur made the proper call to NOT prosecute. Smith, like his buddy Comey before him, is a self-promoter who wants to be part of the story and make a name for himself. Comey went after Martha Stewart and put her in jail for doing something people do all the time and just pay a fine. But no, he had to put Martha in jail. That is how Smith is. A key reason he wasn’t charged with crimes is his manifest impairment—which said lefties are livid the SC noticed & mentioned.

No, he isn';t being charged because there aren't facts to levy charges. If Hur, a right wing Trump appointee, couldn't connect the dots, there there weren't dots to connect. Also, Biden compliance with the FBI and investigators played a role as well. Compare his actions to those of Trump, who lied, moved boxes, refused entry etc. The actions of a guilty man are to lie and hide. Biden did neither. Trump did both.

We are looking at two different special counsels who have lifted the veil on the different standards of justice we are currently seeing.
One is charged for the SAME CRIME that the other committed. But, he gets a pass.

Which legally translates to…
