My kids all go to private school but that is a gross oversimplification, utilizing just about every logical fallacy out there. |
Lol. Not worried until they are tied and they burn that last 3min of the game. |
The title of this discussion is ISL WCAC outlook and has nothing to do with zoned high schools. So they are not a part of the conversation. |
And furthermore - until Oakton's schedule is full of ISL AA and some Maryland privates then they are not part of the conversation. One game, one year does not make them a player. There is NO WAY Oakton is anywhere near the same playing field with the publics that are ranked (Darien, Bayport etc.) When they are good enough to be ranked, they will be ranked. Or mentioned. Or considered. |
Also Yorktown wasn't out there asking to be a part of the private rankings last year nor Langley before them. Rightly so because look at them this year. |
So - hypothetically- if a public team goes on a run in the DMV and starts crushing WCAC and ISL teams, you’d completely disregard them as irrelevant because they’re not a private school? Or that it wouldn’t matter because it’s outside the bounds of this thread? I know you’ll say that will never happen. Just trying to understand the country club logic. |
Nope that team would be completely relevant. Darian and Garden City are public and they are consistently top tier programs. 1 win against a DMV private in a rebuilding year, is not worthy of top tier, sorry. Are any of the Oakton girls Committed to Top D1 programs? |
If we all ignore the Oakton guy, he may eventually shut up. Please stop responding to his nonsense. |
LOL |
SJC beat Visi last year and lost to Stall Ridge by 1 this season. |
St. John’s could have a battle today against Good Counsel. They gave Bullis a competitive game so it has to be right?
