Anyone looking at Takoma Park should check this house quick. Looks like a really good deal given how prices usually go in the area. I live in the area, but I'm not the seller, nor do I even know them. Just offering this as a friendly PSA. |

Not in the market, but I love that house.
I also appreciate the helpful math of the listing agent: originally built in 1900 which makes this property approximately 114 years old. |

| OP again. Most difficult part is the kitchen. I don't see a refrigerator or a dishwasher. Not sure if they're tucked away somewhere else. Might need some modifications there. |

| There has been a lot more inventory in the TKPK historic district. There is even one house that has been sitting for a few weeks, which surprises me given the area. |
