The video from his body cam shows exactly what he saw and it was all of the above...her hands, the wheel turning away, and so on. When there is so much video footage, you don't really need scene reconstruction because everyone can see exactly what happened.

The video can only show so much. Other important factors are the speed the car was moving and how fast she was accelerating. Sounds like she floored the accelerator and that is why more analysis needs to be done.

Being a person that has seen the video and also driven a car before I’m confident that no one floored anything but the trigger. However, the agent’s lawyer can ask for telemetry data and present it in court if that’s his defense.

At the same time her wife/girlfriend/husband was in a close proximity to the LEO, inciting Good to flee or to run over the officer.

She was pulling out of a parking spot. I mean he was able to unholster his weapon, aim, and get off accurate head shots.

Drawing from a holster and opening fire takes less than two seconds for a trained LEO on high alert for threats. Being slow on the draw can mean the difference between living or not when you're a LEO, and training reflects that.

he unholstered when he was still on the passenger side of the car, so that was long before she started to move
