Well, for starters, if you don't want him to write about you, then surely "go with whatever verse you think is better" is not the way to go.

Kimye will not face criminal prosecution for publishing the videotape even though it was recorded in California, because Swift had no expectation of privacy -- she knew she was on speakerphone and she heard various other people talk to her and Kanye during the call -- including producer Rick Ruben and various members of the film crew -- so she did not think the call was completely private. That doesn't mean they might not face a civil suit and ultimately have to pay damages. But criminal prosecution seems unlikely.

This will be out of the news by next week. Taylor will be fine...though I can see her laying low for a while and not creating scenarios for more paparazzi shots, at least in the near future.

Yeah but she still wasn't honest. At best, She lied by omission. Is it a huge crime? No. The problem here is that she's always been so sanctimonious. When you hold others to this very high standard, you'd better live by those same rules yourself.

I googled it. They made some jokes about her dating habits on some awards show. When interviewed about it, she blathered on about how there's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women.
