My vote would be on being terrible at communication. Lee is the best at getting back to you with information.
Last year we started the season and half the kids didn't have their Capelli orders, or they had shorts but not jerseys or the other way around. It was a mess.

They probably are full. DS missed ID sessions everywhere because he decided to change teams last minute. He reached out to probably a dozen clubs and heard only from those with spots. He did hear from Herndon and had a late tryout and decided to join. They were actually really responsive. I’d assume no response means there are no more openings.

We had a similar experience after missing the regular tryouts. Rosters are likely full for the highest teams and openings more likely on second and lower teams. We got an email today saying that rosters and uniform ordering info would be sent out next week.
