No . IHave you seen a roster for your team or heard anything about next season (or anh summer practices?)

Nope. Nothing. When do they usually start practices? DS is HS aged. I’m not sure if things are different for older teams

I have no idea when they start because we are new too! Would really like to know at least the fall tournament schedule and when practices begin.

I suspect it will all be last minute based on our experiences at other clubs. The coach did give DS a list of tournaments they hope to participate in though, so we at least have some idea about that.

I would just like to get the uniform ordered at least.

I was told all the u15 and under teams
play in a local tournament the weekend of Aug 23 but don't know anything else.

Yep! The uniform is my biggest concern.

My dc is returning to the same team (second team) for next year and I can see our roster and info for the team in playmetrics. Have you checked playmetrics?

No teams are showing in Playmetrics for me (new to Herndon)

I’m another new parent u18/19 and also see no roster in PlayMetrics.

You won't get the practice schedules for fall until almost right before the season starts, that's pretty much the same everywhere b/c the county doesn't issue the fall field permits until August.

They should already know at least the fall tournaments though.

Do Herndon teams practice over the summer at all? Also new for next year.

New family here, nothing in playmetrics.

I am assuming that most clubs are not switching to the new PlayMetrics year until after this spring season's games are all finished. I'm not sure, but I doubt you can have two years open in that system at the same time.

Yes. Herndon sponsors that tournament for its scholarship fund and all the U15 and under teams play in it. Its the Dulles National Soccer tournament. Weekend on Aug 23 this year.

They take a break in June and then might have one or two optional practices until the season starts, like around early to mid August.

One or two optional practices a week or one or two total?
