That wasn't Harris, it was Smondrowski, as well as Rivera-Oven. Smondrowski said it was something about the hiring process she objected to, not the candidates themselves. I noticed they only abstained on the associate superintendent and director votes, but they both voted for all of the appointed principals.

+1. You got Smondrowski's comments pretty much 100%, referring to "the process and not the persons". Rivera-Oren "echoed" her remarks. I noticed it was only the central office persons being hired, not principal appointments. Kudos to them for not advocating for whatever crap Central Office is doing.

I grew up in a small school district, HS class size was about 350. Same principals throughout K–12. Why is there such high turnover here?
