Women's NCAA championship game

From a coverage perspective, NCAA football and men's basketball would probably be the only two they should include if they really find it necessary to further disrupt the lives of college kids with a trip after their seasons are done.

They invite a myriad of champions

My goodness, this woman-child just will not shut up.

Best line from the story: "A spokesperson for the Obamas declined to comment." Like, do we really want to be associated in any way with this toxic player?

And look at Clark's comments. Appropriate and congratulatory. Do you think Reese would have responded the same way if roles were reversed. Hell, no. I don't think she's able to dial it down.

It's gone beyond the gesture now (which was overblown and treated unfairly). This young woman is an arrogant attention seeker. It's over shadowing her play on the court and sad.

It’s going to be funny when LSU goes without her.

Reese is trash. And the people pretending Reese's conduct was parallel to Clark's are being disingenuous hacks. Clark has never acted so trashy. Clark's "trash talk" was maybe a level 2, Reese's behavior was level 10. Reese is salty Clark is prettier than and she knows the only reason that game had 10 million viewers is because of Clark. Period. Nobody gives a damn about boring women's basketball. Rather watch paint dry.

We will see. A lot of her teammates are probably scared of her. Can’t say I blame them.

She is also showing herself to be an awful teammate. Her little fit overshadows all of their accomplishments.

Please she is the only reason they made. In soccer they say you need 8 piano movers and 3 piano players. The ratio applies to all team sports. The piano movers are easily replaced and alway think they are irreplaceable.

She is always hyping up her teammates, that's just not that interesting to the media.

Unless the coach makes some kind of arrangement, not a single one of these women is going to step out of line against Reese. They will probably resent her for it, but like PP says, they would not be champions without her.

She’ll go. The whole team will go. There will be smiles and photographs and a brief quote from Biden. Then it will be over.

Well, she embarrassed herself again with the motorcade display. What a relentlessly vulgar person Angel Reese is.

Reese milking up her 15-minutes by being confrontational and outrageous has gotten tiresome. What do the other LSU players privately think about this? The entire story is not the team's championship, but Reese's obnoxious theatrics. And now no White House trip. Was that a group decision or is Reese now the team's unofficial spokesperson? Her behavior ought to get her booted from the team. Me, me, me. Ignorant af.

...and the world will go onto ignoring women's basketball for the next 364 days. The only reason it got all the fake hype is because ESPN/ABC had the TV rights and force fed it down everyone's throats AND gambling.
