Don’t think anyone ever actually lived in this house (it’s clearly staged and there are no window treatments). Never saw anyone come or go. Not sure why that was the case.

That is 1 percent which is normal. But it also has $340 a month HOA dues. That another 4k a year,

that house for sale owner bought recently and no Homestead exemption on file. The new buyer if it sells for two million at next three year re-assessment might be at 24K taxes quickly.

Interesting current owner of that house does not live there, he lives around the corner in a town home at 7300 GREENTREE RD
BETHESDA MD 20817, so maybe bought it when first offered and then did it as investment. If he did what a winner. He closed in Spring 2023 collected two years rent and now for sale at a 400K gain

6924 Viceroy Aly, Bethesda, MD 20817 — another townhouse at Amalyn is on sale now, and it looks like the owner only lived there for about 2 years.

Then the question is, is the Amalyn townhouse really worth $1.58M? Crazy market.
