I assume this is intended to scare people into voting for Youngkin.

What we’ve already seen from the Democrats is more prosaic. They will talk about equity for years rather than figure out where money needs to be spent to relieve school overcrowding, and then the most privileged will make sure boundary changes leave their own schools with next to no poverty. Or they’ll talk about the need for more affordable housing for years and then eventually some wealthy politicians will make sure that areas are upzoned for more multi-family with affordable housing set asides - again, not in their neighborhoods, but in someone else’s.

This is why some of is won’t support the Democrats now. It’s not that they have big plans; it’s that they prefer talk to action and the actions they do end up taking could not be any more hypocritical. Might as well have Republicans who’ll get things done quicker without all the vain, meaningless SJW posturing.

Union teachers are the only bulwark standing between society and the brainwashed spawn being raised and indoctrinated by their rightwing loon parents. Teachers are typically the only people exposing these kids to Progressive ideals and questioning the nonsense these children are being fed at home.

I haven't seen the vouchers plan, but if the state is providing $10k per student to public schools, and $5k per student in vouchers, that leaves a chunk of money to spend on public schools.

Grow the economy and you get more revenue. Eliminate wasteful spending.

One, virgin is in excellent shape financially. Why on earth would we mess without by slashing fairly low taxes?

Two, show me the wasteful downing in the Commonwealth. This is such a rote, automatic answer without any thought behind it.

Taxes were lower in Virginia fairly recently. They were raised by Governor Mark Warner. 3% income tax before that.

These are all the reasons many Virginians will NOT vote for McAuliffe.

"Taking the heat off school boards" -- like the Loudoun County board that covered up and lied about a rape?

"Right amount of integration" -- Um, who decides what the "right amount" is? Do you recall the history of mandatory busing in this country?

The "you must comply" tone that the McAuliffe campaign has used throughout his campaign, particularly when talking to parents, is precisely what is most offensive to many voters.
