| As an out-of-state student, Penn State, easy. Penn State is a top 50 school. Tech? Not so much. But as a Virginia resident it would be hard to justify that much added expense. |

| Whichever had instate tuition of course. Coming from Maryland or DC, I don't know. PSU inexplicably climbed 9 spots on the USNWR list this year (to #37?!) but I'm not ready to forgive the college for the entire S host of crimes. |
