Hayfield Football Coach Fired

You don’t understand I think I understand better than you. My son plays on one of the football teams in the district that Hayfield plays. My son actually lives in the zone of the school that he attends and has lived here his whole life. Players on my son’s team were injured by the dirty play of Hayfield Hawks that illegally transferred. I own a for profit and non profit business and know how easy it should be for Overton to share the financials. I know a parent that participated in Overton’s PME league and was told by Overton to come to Hayfield because he knows a loophole and he doesn’t have to move. He chose not to, but he also shared that the parents have to sign NDAs to participate on the team. He said Overton told him that now that he was able to get the 24 year players over this year, it will be easier next year because he knows what needs to be said. I also understand that Michelle Reid stands to financially gain from a FCPS State Championship. I also understand that a FCPS lawyer that frequents the Fairfax Circuit court probably knows said Judge that lopsidedly decided the case before the hearing and new the VHSL bylaws better than the FCPS lawyer and when he didn’t bring up the technicality, the judge did. I thought the Plaintiff had to prove the case, not the judge. How well do you think a Charlottesville lawyer knows the Fairfax Circuit Court judge? (Probably not as well as the FCPS lawyer) So which part don’t I understand? |

| FCPS has updated its dashboard to reflect student transfers this year. Hayfield #s indicate 259 pupil placements into the school this year, including 199 from Mount Vernon and 32 from Edison. In essence, almost 10% of the students zoned for Mount Vernon are at Hayfield instead. |

That's not odd seeing as how Edison is an IB school and Mount Vernon doesn't have Japenese. We are an Edison family and several kids in our neighborhood have transfered to Hayfield for AP or language. |

Why are so many transfees allowed? Do they offer some obscure language or AP and MVHS has IB? Could you link to the dashboard? |
