She was not breaking the law.

If she was impeding ice agents I do believe that is breaking the law.

How?

Impeding or obstructing an ICE agent is a federal crime, potentially leading to felony charges, as ICE officers are federal law enforcement, and interfering with their duties violates laws like 18 U.S.C. § 111

She was not impeding or obstructing. This is clear in the video. This is murder. The ICE officer need to to be brought to justice.

This is a tragedy.

Correct. I have seen videos from different angles and what some people don't realize yet is that in trying to drive away, the woman actually drove directly at an agent. I can see why she did that in a moment of panic and misjudgement, and most likely would have swerved away as she drove away. But in that fatal second, she was aiming at an agent, and that is when the agent shot his gun.

This is a tragedy and there is blame for both sides. But right now people really need not to get charged at fighting and blocking ICE agents who are doing their lawful job.

Protest ICE peacefully, don't interfere with their actions, stick to court cases and peaceful protests.

I thought law enforcement were trained not to get in front of moving vehicles/vehicles in drive? Aren’t they supposed to come around from the sides to prevent this, especially because people tend to panic in these situations?

These are not law enforcement officers. These are ICE workers with very little training.

I can’t tell from the video. Were they definitely identifiable as ICE agents?

Any federal agents. Possibly not ICE. Either way there will be an investigation.

The ICE officer (the victim) is currently in the hospital being treated for wounds related to the vehicle hitting them.

Hope he succumbs to his injuries.

He was hit because he shot the driver in the face blinding them. He should be charged with her murder and his own injury to a federal officer.

I doubt he will be so I said what I said.

There is no statute of limitations. Maybe not this year, maybe not next. But, history will know his name and what he did. If our country survives it will be our courts. If we don’t it will be a human rights commission. It is bonkers that anybody would support this murder.
Where are the 2A don’t tread on me?
Because the country is treading on thee.

I'm the one you're responding to and I sincerely hope you're right. I hope they all face charges and accountability for this.

The video shows that the victim was driving in reverse, then suddenly shifted to drive & hit the accelerator.

That doesn’t matter. They are still trained not to put themselves in the path of a vehicle that isn’t in park.

There was also no reason for that officer to have his gone drawn. No one else did.

If you look at the videos the other officers seem surprised that he did it.

Where are you swing this? In the video he is walking, then running, toward the vehicle post-shooting.

ICE is lawless and the FBI is a criminal organization of ten Trump family.

Her car was diagonal in the middle of the street in front of to ICE agents cars. How is that not impeding?

Weaponizing snow balls in Minnesota is a state right. Time to level up with bricks of ice in the face.

She was not executed in any way shape or form. Her car was a deadly weapon that was aimed at (and actually hit) a federal officer. He did not have time to aim. He shot to neutralize the threat. Which is what he is trained to do.

Of course it is. Go try something like this against a DC police officer and see what happens. The ICE agents were clearly threatened and had every right to defend themselves.
