1 3 year old in daycare, paying $760/mo. I'm pregnant right now, and really stressing over how we are going to pay an additional daycare cost.

However we do have summer trip costs, orchestra trip costs, private music lessons, increased car insurance costs, braces costs, increased food costs (!) and of course saving for college costs. Count on spending what ever you are spending until they are launched. |

1 4yo, public charter preschool. Aftercare is $300/mo, plus summer camp ends up being about $2000. So, $5K/yr

15K for 9-3 preschool in NW DC for #3 $3200 for 6 weeks of summer camp (including 2 weeks of 1/2 days of VBS with one parent working from home each day in the afternoon. Also putting youngest in DC Parks and rec camp which is only $50/week). I.e.---were are going as bargain basement as we can for camps. Total $20K once occasional afternoon sitter added in. HHI $350 |
