Great point. Region D has been dominating for sure. But considering all Classes, I think WA could beat most Class 6 Region D teams. |
lol. He’ll never show his face on this board. again. |
lol. This is a funny thread. Robinson is the only team that has won 3 in a row since 2014. They don’t have to dream. Langley probably would have won 3 in a row if there had been a 2020 season. They’ll never know for sure so they can keep dreaming. YT has not won 3 in a row (yet). They can keep dreaming. |
Robinson has entered the conversation. Haven't heard from you in a while. Welcome back. You woke up from getting knocked out by 8-12 Woodson. |
You should get some PMs going with Langley dad. He's the only guy in disagreement with you about the facts. YT and their coach have had a nice run. A run teams can only dream of. |
Of course they had a lot of talent. But there were 3 reoccurring themes in the commentary of why Yorktown beat their competition this year.
1- they had depth 2- they had speed and were well conditioned 3- they had no significant injuries this year. I would argue that all three of those things can be contributed to a great coaching program. YT depth came from getting the most out of player beyond the “super stars” on the team. The speed and conditioning is pretty self explanatory. While there is an element of luck in keeping the whole team healthy, her focus on strength, conditioning and injury prevention absolutely had an impact. We can go round and round on who is the most dominant dynasty. And honestly I don’t care. (Good for you Langley. And looking forward to seeing your Freshman grow Battlefield) The fact remains she was an exceptional coach. |
Well Peewee it looks like you are wrong. Langley won 2 out of 3 and STILL DREAM of winning 3 out of 4. Baahaaahaaaa. Loser. |
Of course they could, WA is a very strong program. |
This is not answer I already know the answer. Was the Madison coaching, coaching at Oakton in 14-15? If so and you add her State Title(s) there before she came to Madoson, she has been in the finals quite a few times. I wonder if she's ever blasted the horn in a Manager's face after losing? 🤣 |
Sorry, "This is not a question I already know the answer to" |
Got lost on the way to the ISL thread. I thought we were crazy but you public school lacrosse parents (who knew that that was even a thing) really take the prize. |
