S/O: Those professionals with normal middle-class jobs/salaries, please post your bonus here.

My salary = $75k. I'll be lucky if I get a $50 gift card.

Normal middle class jobs/salaries don't get bonuses, in my mind...we're glad to get cost of living raises!

260K, 0 bonus

$85K salary, $10K bonus which will be cut nearly in half by taxes (not that I'm complaining!).

I have never, ever in my life received a bonus (nor worked in a place that gave them out).

My salary: $70k. I haven't heard anything about a bonus. My boss said something about having me to his house for dinner. I'm a very picky eater. This could be a disaster.

$0. Good company to work for, but they don't give bonuses.

Does your spouse make more than $400,000 or something? Otherwise, it's not possible for your bonus to be cut "nearly" in half. You'd have 25% withholding plus FICA, so it would be reduced by a third.

65k salary, 3k bonus.

$93k. First time going through the compensation cycle with this company. Hope I get a decent pay raise. A bonus would just be a nice surprise.

What is this bonus thing you speak of?

signed,

70k employee who works in a place where the hottest perk is the "holiday party potluck" in our office conference room.

$90K-- I don't think there are bonuses this year but we did get a 6 percent raise. Bonuses range from $500 to $5000 in years we get them.

65k here and 95k for DH. We're feds and get ZERO bonus all year long.

$92,500 + 14k
