$0

I've gotten $300 in the past, no bonuses since 2007

70K, no bonus here.

Me: 90k no bonus or raise but got 12% raise last year. No bonus to anyone.

DH: 72k, 11k bonus

Anonymous wrote:$75K and no bunus. Work for a large defense contractor - only the big wigs get a bonus. On the upside, I'm part-time, have a flexible schedule and can work from home. No complaints here.

What do you do? I just took a part-time job for half that and felt sort of lucky until I read this...

Fed. Hear we are getting bonus, but probably not much more than $1K.
Anonymous
$75,000 salary. 5% raise. If the company performs well, that can be 7.5%.

51k - whooooo! No bonus, no cola, glad to just be working in my field, with benefits. This is my 6th year in.

I think I'm likely to be the one to spring for some Munchkins and a Box o' Coffee, since I'm actually doing better than the dozen or so junior colleagues of mine. Hohoho

80k salary. $0 bonus. Work for a nonprofit.
Anonymous
88K here and I work for the fed and we don't get bonuses. I've gotten a couple of $1.5k awards in the past 10 years, but now with budget cuts and sequestration there won't be any of those any more.

Teacher. Bonus = $0
Anonymous
$0. Plus, my salary has stayed exactly the same for the past 4 years, so it's actually a pay cut with inflation. Sucks. I can't believe people are out there getting bonuses.

Teacher here, we usually get something, like a notebook with the school logo on the cover, or a school water bottle. At my old school one year they gave the whole staff a water cooler (1 water cooler for the whole staff) as a "gift", with a year's worth of water. 12 months later they stopped delivering replacement water. Honestly, I think that potable water should be an expectation not a "staff bonus", but hey, that's me.

DH makes $115k and usually gets a 10k bonus in June. I make $87k and don't get bonuses but have awesome benefits.
Anonymous
$95k. cost of living raise for next year, as well as a $0 bonus.

I was promoted and had, I have to say, stellar performance this year.

That said, nobody is getting bonuses this year (we are waiting til Congress has a budget/we see what's up with sequestration, is my guess).

I have, in the past, received year end bonuses approx equal to one paycheck. Not so much, in the last 2 years.

Work PT, make $64k, got a $75 gift card. Have never received a bonus above $100, and that was in a different job, 10 years ago.
