How dare he say "the pizza crust was found outside and the murder took place inside the home"

All he keeps saying is Daron has no convictions. He desperately wants camera time. I'm turning.

In one of the articles, the lawyer says Wint was someone "you would feel safe having your grandmother go to lunch with."

There's a saying that family law lawyers see their clients at their worst, while criminal defense attorneys see their clients at their best (or some such). The point being that of course a thug will be polite and on his best behavior around his defense attorney...he wants to convince him he's totally innocent and incapable of committing any crime.

I saw him on Megyn Kelly last night and can’t believe what a joke he is.
Yes, people have the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, but to call him a “nice guy” and to pretty much deny other crimes this scumbag has committed is over the top.
He gives lawyers a bad name.

He said that too. I didn't type it because it was so absurd.

This will be a high profile case. He is hoping to get hired!

Check out Ficker's Wikipedia page. He is a nut. He and Daron deserve each other.

I agree, this seems a bit suspect. Perhaps this was a professional hit and they paid him to be the fall guy.

This is just idiotic. I try to be polite, but I am sorry.

People who commit crimes like this are stupid. They don't know that even millionaires don't have tons of cash around the house.

Remember the snipers? They wanted money transferred to a debit card. That's the level of sophistication we're dealing with here.

Based on what we know so far, it is safe to assume that the perp or perps wanted more than $40,000. The $40k was dropped off in the morning, probably before 10:30 am. But, SS was still on the phone until noon trying to raise more.

I want to know who the other suspects are besides his brother.

When are mugshots normally available?

A woman was driving the getaway car.

If just seems unlikely that a street criminal would kill such a wealthy and prominent family. Even an idiot would realize killing a family like this would draw lots of attention. The DC snipers had mental issues.

Very muscular but only 5' 7".

The keep saying 5' 7", then I must be 6' 7". That dude is huge, he sure looks taller than that.

Perhaps he needed more than $40K, if there were several involved. He may have thought he was "owed" the money because he was let go, as disgusting as that sounds.
