Trump delivers again! Take that, liberals!

I wonder how much the Iran War has cost Americans, if you assume the price of gas for the past 3 and a half months would have been $3.00 per gallon if the war had never happened.

As if may 22, $60 billion, so probably closer to 90 now.

And now the Straight is closed again.

The price of losing for the US is to be downgrade from Super Power status to regional power level.

One empire was short, but we can still salvage it enough to make it a decent place to live.

Either he is confused (surprise) or someone is feeding him warped info. Maybe he’s undergoing some kind of medical treatment and it’s affecting his comprehension.

I don’t think he’s been fed accurate info in a long time.

I don’t think Trump cares. He recognizes this war was a stupid mistake - to his credit. And wants to wash his hands of it and make it go away. He’s setting up Vance to be the fall guy. But Trump is totally done with Israel and Iran. Because there was no strategic anything with this war. He wanted a Venezuela type headline. Didn’t get it. And now he’s done. And if Israel doesn’t like it, too bad. Trump only wants easy wins and he learned the hard way there are no easy wins in that region.

I think maybe in the future we might want to elect presidents with more than two brain cells. But here we are.

I have a different read on the Vance thing: I think Vance always hated it and wants to say so on the campaign trail. I think Trump is okay having with Vance having that lane and will just sort of act like this wasn’t a war and then parrot something about forever wars. I don’t think Trump will actually act like it was a bad idea per se, but he does seem willing to stay silent as political allies dump on signature efforts of his when history has called them into question (e.g., COVID stuff)

So how does this end since Iran completely controls us with the Straight of Hormuz? We got rid of alternative energy and petroleum reserves are empty. And why is Trump at Camp David?

True, but it didn't help that the Biden Administration drained a third of the SPR because they didn't want a spike in gas prices in the run-up to the 2022 mid-terms. I seem to recall hearing how brilliant it was to buy-low, sell-high as if that was the purpose of the SPR.

The Iranians are the mother of chess. They’re doing this on purpose to drive a wedge between Trump and his cherished stock market and so that Bibi gets isolated from the only partner he has. Election is in four months and polls show Netanyahu will lose.

Well Trump did not refill it when oil was cheap. So it’s Trump fault.

With 300 billion shelled out to Iran, it will line the pockets of criminals and monsters in charge of Iran. Sadly, it will do nothing for the regular people of Iran.

Not to mention that millions of Americans and residents here have no health insurance. Not to mention that they will tax us who earn middling incomes more to give the poorest some benefits, since most are not able to afford groceries now, so as not to have an uprising on their hands.
Hard to blame those "alien fake murderers and cat eaters" when we can see who is robbing us blind.
Keep shelling out to all but to those who live in the U.S.

Imagine how much all of that could do, to improve American lives. And infrastructure.

And for what reason did we attack Iran? Because Israel said so? Insanity.

And then re- filled it netting the country’s treasury millions of dollars.

I was referring to only to the amount more that Americans have paid in gas. Yes, in total numbers it has to be well over 250 billion.

It’s definitely sus, since he hates the place. But it’s the one place press can’t follow him. Which begs the question-
