hmmm, I can totally see it as very romantic at the moment yet long term off putting. Harry’s family is what made him special to MM. Giving that up for her is yes romantic but then he has nothing left. If he is not a royal she is a bigger star than he is.

The likely outcome of the title issue is that they give up the HRH part and keep the Duke part.
They don't care, though. If they cared, they would have given Archie a courtesy title.
