DC JCC just announced mandatory vaccine or weekly testing for every employee of the preschool.

The best solution is mandatory or weekly testing. People will get sick of the testing and relent to get vaccinated but you don’t need to lose otherwise good employees.

There is a reason the federal government is taking this approach.

What kind of teacher would be non-complaint about either getting vaccinated OR tested weekly? Seems like a win/win for both sides.

It’s not just teachers, and I could see unvaccinated individuals skipping testing here and there. Not many but there does need to be some consequence if you want the policy to be followed.

I truly hope the agreement is that any employees who refuse to test or vax are barred from entering the workplace. If not, what's the point.
