I don't feel the idealization anymore after having known and worked with a few...they have their issues like everyone else. Sometimes worse, not exactly the most comfortable group as a whole, around psychological and emotional issues. Not trying to devalue, but let's not excessively idealize either. They also don't tend to idealize themselves the way the culture has, either.
